SUGGESTION THERAPY is an ideal way to treat problems such as smoking, slimming, nail-biting, pre-test nerves, stress, confidence building, relaxation and so on  -  a straight forward therapy for clear cut problems and usually the benefits are immediate.   Generally one to three sessions is all that is required for most problems.   Booster sessions can also be given at any stage if there is a need.

ANALYTICAL THERAPY  -  So often, people needlessly suffer from something inside themselves but frustratingly outside their control.   This therapy, sometimes also referred to as ‘Hypno-analysis’, enables the relief and cure of specific symptoms, unwanted behavioural patterns, nervous disorders, general emotional problems and even some physical ailments by discovering the originating psychological cause that is creating the complaint.

This cause is often found to be some emotionally disturbing past event that was just too overwhelming to be properly faced at the time.   Instead, the incident was conveniently hidden from the conscious mind. The resurfacing of the lost memory through the process of Analysis brings you to a 'moment of surprising and liberating enlightenment’:

‘Surprising’ that such an emotionally important event in your life can be so completely forgotten.

‘Liberating’ because the discovery of the cause frees you from your symptoms.

‘Enlightenment’ since you now fully understand what made you like you were.

With the passage of time, your mind can retrospectively deal with the recalled event.   All the subconscious, psychological strategies and manoeuvres that have been ‘protecting you from the past’ and have been producing your symptoms, are now seen to be unnecessary and therefore drop away.   So, by removing the cause, we have brought about complete and lasting relief from all the related problems.

So many psychological disorders are just put up with and accepted as being part of ‘me’ because they can’t be reached.   If you are prepared to devote discipline, time, money and effort to work with the therapist for a couple of months, you have the opportunity to change yourself by simply relaxing into the state of hypnosis which naturally heightens your faculties.   The cause, rather like a football that you’ve been holding under water, can be released and will surface automatically as you deeply relax.   It is the use of hypnosis that allows the process of therapy to be concluded within weeks as opposed to years.   On average one can expect the Analytical process to be concluded within 6 to 12 sessions of around one hour.
