Hello Cathy … just ringing … I thought you’d like some feedback … it has been absolutely marvellous .. everything you said was true and I think I’m completely off them so that’s fantastic .. I haven’t missed them at all and I’m just going onwards and upwards now – thanks a million.

#2.   E-mail from client who came for smoking:

Hi Cathy

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you before now but I do keep meaning to!

Well, so far so good, I haven't touched a cigarette since I saw you In October.
More importantly, I haven't had the urge either. Not sure how you do it but it has definitely worked.
I've been spreading the gospel of hypnotherapy for all the smokers I know - so who knows
you may have more converts one of these days!

grateful too!

#3.   Card from a ‘confirmed smoker’ who started when he was 12 and has smoked for 30 years

I don’t often send out cards of thanks – but as none of my friends and family thought it would be possible for me to give up, your session felt like something rather special. As you know, I came to you in a very anxious state and following the session, I felt calm and have honestly not felt like having a cigarette since. So thanks very much – I’m impressed!
